Client Support
InfoPower provides on-going support of both the application
software and Oracle's relational database. Support is an integral component
of our Internet-based clients, but support is also available to clients
running InfoPower applications on networks at their business location.
Clients are encouraged to contract
InfoPower directly for support services. InfoPower, being the software manufacturer,
has the best knowledge base for resolution of program issues, enhancement
requirements and user database support.

J-Initiator Downloads
InfoPower provides layers of security for On-Line
clients using Oracle's J-Initiator. To provide a secure connection (with
data encryption) the J-Initiator must be resident on your personal computer To setup
Microsoft Windows 95/98/ 2000/XP Operating Systems with the J-Initiator, click the button

the J-Initiator.

The J-initiator is not necessary for MAC users.
