InfoPower's QPD module is an integrated component of the licensing business application. Licensee submissions are managed at the SKU level. If the SKU is not available at the time of submission, a TBD (to be determined) value is automatically assigned. Likewise, a number of conditions are also managed, such as pre-contract submissions with our ability to resign products to contracts, change SKU numbers, etc. Upon completing the review of a submission for any phase of the development process, the QPD module generates a "Submittal Report" which can alert all parties on the status of the submittal (Approved, Rejected, Approved with Changes, Non-Contract Submittal). Agents can also include the licensor's notes on the return submission report to the licensee. InfoPower is in the process of releasing licensee connect, providing licensees with an option to submit products for approval on-line. This capability will enhance collaboration with licensees, reduce transposition error and improve efficiencies in the product development and approval function.
