Pre-Sales Consulting
To a high degree, the processes performed by licensing agencies and
licensors for that matter, are similar. The drafting of agreements,
collection of advances, periodic royalty collections, etc. What
changes from agency to agency is the internal systems and procedures for
managing the licensing operations. In many situations, due to lack of
adequate system capabilities, manual workaround procedures are employed.
Tasks that could and should be managed with the aid of computer based
programs are performed manually. Pre-sales consulting address
pre-implementation issues that represent obstacles in the existing
procedures and/or systems. By addressing such obstacles in the
pre-sales environment, disruption and surprises are avoided during the
implementation of the InfoPower Business Licensing System.
Data Conversion
One of the major implementation issues is loading information into the new
system from existing licensing systems, Microsoft Access or electronic
spreadsheets. InfoPower provides complete data conversion services,
making the switch from an existing system and manual procedures effortless
for our clients.
Training
Training is essential for the successful startup and continued
operation of any computer-based system. Assistance from

understands
both your business environment and how the new software application
can integrate existing practices into a systems approach is
