Administration Services

To reduce overhead expense and/or to assist clients with limited staff, InfoPower offers an array of administration services.  InfoPower's service fees are generally less than full time staffing and employee training requirements.  Clients can rely upon InfoPower's expertise for correct entry of contractual terms and resolution to licensee reporting problems before information is entered into the database.  InfoPower's administration services allow licensing operations to run smoother with less disruptions and more time to concentrate on core competencies.

The definition of administration services varies from client to client, depending upon each client's specific needs.  Administration could include any or all of the following data entry, periodic processing and administration functions:

Clients under full administration are provided monthly financial reports and quarterly web conferencing for operational review with a qualified InfoPower staff person.  In addition, clients have 24x7 access to InfoPower standard reports and queries.
